Shipping Policy

We take pride in getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's what you need to know about delivery:

  • We aim to ship most items within 24 hours of your order.
  • We process and ship orders Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
  • Currently, we can only ship each order to one address. If you need to send things to different places, you'll need to create separate orders.
  • We use trusted delivery companies to ensure your order arrives fast and in perfect condition.
  • We try our best to ship your entire order together. However, sometimes due to size or availability, items might arrive separately.

We deliver fast! It takes:

  • 48 hours to get your order if you live in Dhaka city.
  • 72 hours to get your order if you live outside of Dhaka.

Delivery fees:

  • Inside Dhaka: 70 taka.
  • Outside Dhaka: 130 taka.

Ordering after 4.00 PM? Don't worry, we'll process it the next business day.

Delivery conditions:

Cash on delivery all over Bangladesh.

Delivery charge advance via bKash for outside of Dhaka city.

 

Return/Refund Policies   

Return

We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, but on rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. In these cases, we will issue a refund for the out-of-stock item only.

Bkash Refund: After claiming bKash refund, it takes around 7 working days.

Credit Card: After claiming Credit card refund, it takes around 15 working days.

Received a Wrong or Faulty Item? We've Got You Covered!

If you receive an item that's faulty, the wrong size, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Here's how we can get it fixed quickly:

  1. Contact Us: Simply reach out within 24 hours to our friendly customer service team with your order number, name, address, and reason for return with a unboxing video proof (MON to SAT: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM, except government holidays). We will exchange your product within 72 hours if you're eligible for exchange.
  2. Hassle-Free Pick Up: We'll arrange a convenient pick-up of the incorrect item directly from your doorstep.

Exchange

We offer a hassle-free exchange policy if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's what you need to know:

Time Limit: You have 24 hours from receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Item Condition: The item must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including the invoice). Damaged / used boxes or shoes may not be accepted for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange: Simply contact us within 24 hours by replying to your order confirmation email (info@peppi.shop) or calling Customer Care +8801886775907 (MON to SAT: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM, except government holidays).

Exchange Process: Upon contacting us, we'll arrange for the exchange. Our delivery person will deliver the new item to you and collect the original item at the same time. There will be a delivery fee associated with the exchange.

Exchange Delivery Fees: The exact delivery fee will depend on your location.

Exchange During Sales Promotion

Please be aware, no exchange can be processed during the sales/discount promotion period/product.

Exchange Online

How many days will it take to get an Exchange?

Within 3 working days once we have received the item depends upon the availability of the product. If you are in a hurry please place a new order.

Exchange to Store

You can Exchange the items to our Peppi.Shop office.

What to Bring:

  • Take your items to the Peppi.shop office.
  • Make sure to take the item you want to exchange (in original condition with the receipt) to the store.

Undelivered Parcel

If a parcel is returned to us due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect address provided, unavailable to receive the delivery), your account may be temporarily placed on hold. This means you may need to prepay for future orders to ensure successful delivery.

We recommend double-checking your delivery information before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.

Here are some additional tips for a smooth delivery:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address during the designated time frame.
  • If you know you'll be unavailable, consider requesting the delivery to a work address or a trusted neighbor.
  • Keep your contact information updated so we can reach you if necessary.
